I am doing research for a consultation based on forum software and I am trying to get a better understanding of these forums. Admittedly, I have no knowledge about this specific brand.
My questions are:
Does FUD have, does not have, or have available via 3rd Party Mods:
1. Integration between the forum and Drupal?
2. A Questions and Answers system almost akin to Yahoo Answers?
3. A customer service ticketing type system or board?
4. SEO Friendly URLs?
5. Ability to rank users with differing permissions based on User Groups?
6. SPAM filters and capabilities to delete mass SPAM?

You wouldn't purchase FUDforum, as it's free, but here are your answers.
1. No
2. Not sure about Yahoo Answers, so not sure how to answer.
3. No ticketing system
4. Yes on SEO-friendly URLs that can include the entire post title, although they are not the default.
5. No
6. Yes on both.
