I have a forum with a 2048KB attachment limit. I wanted to attach a file (word doc) that's 4.83MB so I went to the admin control panel, and upped the limit to 10000KB just in case in the future I want to put an even larger file there. However, when I returned to the forum to post the file, even though the limit had changed to reflect the new 10000KB size I specified, my file still doesn't attach. I click upload, the upload appears to be in progress, then the page refreshes, and nothing has changed. It almost seems like something is simply timing out because the upload is taking too long... No upload, no error, nothing. I'm running version 2.3.5, any ideas?

You are probably encountering the PHP's file upload limit, check your PHP.ini.
