In my fud forum registered users with russian login names and I not manage him (find and view properties, delete and etc.).

System Configuration
PHP built On: Linux sup 2.4.7-10 #1 Thu Sep 6 17:27:27 EDT 2001 i686
MySQL Version: PostgreSQL 7.2.2 on i686-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by GCC 2.96
PHP Version: 4.3.0
Web Server: Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) PHP/4.3.0
WebServer to PHP interface: apache
Forum Version: 2.3.7
Relavent PHP Settings:
Safe Mode: OFF
Display Errors: OFF
File Uploads: ON
Magic Quotes: OFF
Register Globals: OFF
Output Buffering: ON
Disabled Functions: none
PSpell Support: No

You probably can find him by e-mail address, not sure why he cannot be found by name. Could you paste the user's login name in your reply please.

Yes, I can find user by e-mail address.
But I can't find him by login name (even from the list which I receive if enter * in login name field).
Example login names - ��, �� and etc (see in KOI8-R).
I receive mess "No such user".

Check the database users and see what values are there for login & alias for this user.

Coding KOI8-R.
In Admin Control Panel I am added user ��.
fud23_users table login and alias fields values are �� and ��.
But in User Manager I receive mess "No such user".
