I restored all data on the new server and was able to login as administrator. But if I logout from forum and try to login agaig I got the error

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare yn() (previously declared in ....../forum/index.php:37) in ....../data/include/theme/default/db.inc on line 33"

I think I had version 2.3.7, but on the new server I installed 2.3.8 and restored database and msg_1 file.

Is it fixable ?
