I need some help with groups. I converted users from another forum program so that might be part of the problem.
I have three forums that I only won't our beta testers to have access to. I created a group called beta testers and add the user_id, group_id and appropriate permissions to the fud23_group_members table for each beta tester. Now how do I make it so only the beta testers can access those three forums?
Thanks!

Group system is fairly complex and adding data by hand (via MySQL or php script) is likely to break things. Use the forum's group manager to add groups & members.
