Wen i start the installation script i get the Message:

[German]
error 500: Interner Serverfehler
Das angegebene Skript konnte nicht fehlerfrei ausgeführt werden!

[English]
error 500: Internal Server error
English: The indicated script could not be implemented error free!

The Attributes from install.php are 755

What could be wrong?

Try the new 2.5.0 installer, it could be that the installer (old one) is to big for your php running as CGI to execute.
