After changing default teplate set to PATH_INFO i cannot check consistency:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare init_user() (previously declared in /home/linuxportal/fud/include/theme/default/users.inc:21) in /home/linuxportal/fud/include/theme/russ_1251/users.inc on line 18

Ah good, I'd had to collapse everything down to a single theme again because of this bug.
