Hi,

Let's pretend I have a topic which I set to expire after a month, now I want the topic to NEVER expire. Is there a way to change this setting? In fact, is there a way to change any of the other settings of a Topic such as stickiness, expiration, text, etc.?

Yes, simply modify the topic starter message and you'll be able to change it's expiry time. Keep in mind is that the expiry time is relative to the time message was posted on, not when you edit it.
