Hi,
Attempting a decompress of FUDforum_zl_2-5-2.zip I get: Your php version () is older then the minimum required version (4.2.0). Please install the newer version and try again.

Attempting a decompress of FUDforum_zl_2-5-2.tar.bz2 I get:
Error reading header after processing 0 entries.

May have the same problem previous forum-ees have experienced. Is the solution to re-issue the zip file with a newer php version. Winzip doesn't seem to work at all.

Thanks,
Rob

The problem like the error message clearly indicates is that your PHP is too old.

Hi,
Where is the old version of PHP? My ISP has PHP version 4.3.4RC1 and PHP is not installed on my local PC. Should it be? When I access the install.php file via my browser (file/open) dreamweaver on my pc boots up and displays the old php version msg.

Your advice plse.

Thanks,
Rob

4.3.4RC1 should be more then sufficient the install & use the forum. You need to run the install.php on your ISPs server using your web browser.
