Well there is no "Help" Forum so i guess il post it here..
This isnt actully a isntalltion problem.
On post under the User name,title,date you have:
[ignore all posts by this user]
Now i have somewhaht c++/php knowladge so I should figure this out but i would like to know where this is located so i can delete/modify it.

You can remove this link by editing a file called drawmsg.inc
Find a line which has $GLOBALS['__IGNORE_LIST__'] on it, and remove this and the following 3 lines.
This will remove the ignore link.
