I've noticed that sometimes the forum's files seem to be randomly unlocked, even though I never use the "Unlock Files" feature.

For instance, I had noticed quite a long time ago that most files had the proper permissions 600, but the latest created files (attached files or avatars) were set to 666!

Of course, I can fix this kind of problem by locking forum files, but the problem is that I always have to check if files aren't unlocked. It seems this problem may happen if I change something in the "Global Configuration".

There was a bug in global admin control that would "lose" the lock status, it has been fixed in CVS.
