the Problem is solved. It was releated to some sepcial german chars (umlaute) like AÜÖ. We encodedt it like &_#252; and it works. I have no idea, why it was working b4 in some pages and in other not.
Maybe this can be a bug ? or we should encode the german char in any case ?

Wow very unusual, I downloaded the php script, ran it through PHP and got no error messages. Could you please tell me what version of PHP you are using? There is no harm in using encoded entities to represent the chars however.
