We have incorporated FUD into our phpnuke site so it appears as part of nuke like the original php forum did. One thing I am wondering is, is it possible to merge the Nuke registration with FUD, the point in that is, when you register on the main site, it used to geister with the php forum too. So, I am wondering if there is a way to get it to do this with FUD. I know this may be related more towards the phpnuke side, but I thought I would ask here first.

Yes, there is. You can check fudapi.inc.php file in {FUD_data}/scripts folder for more info.
