when a forum is set up as moderated and a user posts, he doesn't see any confirmation. instead the normal forum tree appears, so it is not possible to see if the system accepted the posting. there should appear a short message, that first the moderator has to validate the posting before it appears.

Hrm... good point, I'll consider adding some user message for moderated forums.
