I have looked through the forums and found a few cases where this was a problem in the distant past. I have recently setup ranks for my forums because there were none by default. I ran the Cache Update tool and found that only a few users have the rank displayed while most others do not. I ran the cache tool again and then the consistency checker and the database tool. I still see the same problem.
How do we resolve this issue?
I can grant admin access if needed for troubleshooting.
