I was making a custom tag, and I messed up the HTML, so now it won't let me delete that tag, and their IP is displayed next to every one of their posts.

here's the HTML that's on the image tag now:

Please help me!
In the admin panel, the image is that little red X, and right next to it is this:
Delete]
which I can't click.
