2.5.2 bug: Cannot upload smilies anymore [message #12805]

I upgraded from 2.3.6 to 2.5.2

I cannot upload smilies into the system anymore.

I do my usual process:

Browse for the local file on my hard drive, upload, and I used to see my smiley under "Preview Image" then fill in the info and "Add Smiley"... I cant see it preview anymore.

Never ask a geek why, just nod your head and slowly back away.
