Error message when using "Lock/Unlock Forum's Files" [message #28766]

Good morning.

When I use the Lock/Unlock Forum's Files function in the Admin Control panel, the following message appears at the top of the page. Could someone tell me what it means and whether I need to do something about it please?

[username has been replaced with xxxxxxxxxx]
