I am building fud forum within a site:

http://www.asccp.org/consensus/bulletin/index.php?t=thread&frm_id=1& ;S=1aa457cee464aec016acf33da9a203b5

when i go to add a new topic window ( and this happens in many other screens), the width of the text area is way too wide and pushes my screen beyond its intended width.

any idea which template i edit in order to control how many columns are in the text area or with which one i can control the width?
